Tube of your choice I used the
stunning art of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use his work
which you can purchase at
MY PSP TUBES
Let's get started.
Open supplies in PSP
Open a canvas 600 x 600 flood fill
white
Rename layer background
Paste frame 1 as new layer
Resize by 60%
Place to the left of your canvas
Paste frame 7
Resize by 60% then again by 70%
Image>rotate>free rotate by 90 to the right
Place it to the right of the first frame
Hide the background layer
Merge visible on the frames
Unhide background layer
Rename the merged layer frame
Using the magic wand click and while holding down the shift key
Click in all areas of both frames including the small parts under the
ribbon on the right hand side frame
Selections>Modify>expand by 5
Paste paper of your choice as new layer
Select none
Rename layer fill1
Move beneath the frame layer
Make the frame layer the active layer
With the magic wand click inside the circle frame
Selections>modify expand by 5
Paste your tube as new layer
Rename layer tube
Resize if necessary
Place it as desired
When happy with placement
Layers>duplicate
Close off visibility of the copy of tube
Move the original tube layer beneath the frame layer and make it the
active layer
Selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Add a drop shadow to the original tube layer
Now unhide the copy of tube and make it the active layer
Use your eraser tool to rub out any excess tube at the bottom of the
frame
Again make the frame the active layer
This time use the magic wand to click inside all parts of the right hand
side rectangle frame including the parts under the ribbon, while holding
down the shift key
Selections>modify>expand by 5
Again paste tube as new layer
Position as desired
Selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Rename tube 2
Move below the frame layer
Layers>properties
Change blend to luminance
Reduce opacity of the layer down to approx 60%
Click on the frame layer
Add the following drop shadow
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 5
And repeat changing V & H to -2
Paste the heart charm (should have been named star but I labelled it
wrong lol) as new layer
Layers>arrange>Bring to the top
Resize by 40% twice
Add a drop shadow
Duplicate 3 times giving you a total of 4 stars
Place them around your tag as desired
Hide all other layers and merge visible on the starts
Rename merged layer stars
Unhide hidden layers
Paste as new layer the word art provided
Place to the bottom of your tag see my example for placement
Add a drop shadow and rename layer word art
Add any other elements from the kit as you wish I just used some
butterflies
Make the background layer the active layer
Paste a paper of your choice as new layer
Masks>from image>Becky mask 042
Source luminance
Click ok
Masks delete
Click yes in the popup box
Make the top layer the active layer
Crop your tag as desired
Add your name and copyright information
Save tag as a jpg and enjoy
