please add your own ideas to make the tag your own.
Supplies Needed

Tube of your choice. I used the
fantastic art of Jamie Kidd. To use this art you must have a licence
which you can purchase from
CILM.
Font of your choice.
Let's get started
Open the template in psp
Image>Canvas size
Change the size to 700 x 700 to make it easier to work with the papers,
we will crop later
On the background layer in layer palette promote to layer
Make the © layer the active layer
Layers<delete
Make the heart boarder the active layer
Select all
Float
De-float
Layers>new raster layer
Flood fill with the colour #FFDFFA (or use a colour of your choice)
Effects>plug in’s
DBS Flux>bright noise
With the following settings

Select none
Make the heart border the active layer
Layers>Delete
Rename the layer you coloured heart border
Next make the large circle layer the active layer
Select all
Float
De float
Layers>New raster layer
Flood fill with the colour #E7669E
Select none
Make the large circle the active layer and delete
Rename the layer you just coloured large circle
Repeat the above steps for the Rectangle1 Rectangle2 and Circles layers
The colours I used for these were as follows
Rectangle1 #F6BDDE
Rectangle2 #E7669E
Circles #F6BDDE
Next make heart 1 the active layer
Select all
Float
De-float
Layers>new raster layer
Flood fill the heart with a pink colour of your choice
Then repeat the DBS Flux from above which we used on the heart borders
Select none
Delete the heart1 layer and rename the layer you coloured heart1
Repeat this for the remaining 2 hearts
On the heart 3 layer
Effects>Plug in’s
Eyecandy 4000
Gradient glow
With the settings below
Basic-Glow width3-Soft corners 25-Opacity 100
Colour-Fat
Repeat this for all layers except the background layer
Next add the following drop shadow to each layer
V & H -1
Opacity 30
Blur 3
And then repeat changing V & H to 1
Your template should now look something like this

Make the circles layer the active layer
Using the lasso tool draw around the larger of the 2 circles on the
circles layer like shown below

Selections>float
Defloat
Selections>Modify
Contract by 3
Paste your tube as new layer
Rename layer tube
Move so the part of the tube you want showing is inside the marching
ants, resize your tube if needed.
When happy with placement
Selections>Invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Selections>Invert
Layers>Duplicate
Make the original tube layer the active layer
Adjust>Blur>Gaussian blur 7.00
Make the copy of tube the active layer and reduce opacity to 50%
Select none
Paste one of the awareness ribbons from the scrap kit as new layer
Resize by 50%
Place this over the smaller of the 2 circles on the circles layer
Add the drop shadow we used before
Rename layer ribbon
Paste flower 4 from the scrap kit as new layer
Resize by 50% twice
Rename layer flower and move to sit just above rectangle2 in the layer
palette
Duplicate flower and move to make a line over the rectangle
Hide all other layers and merge visible on the flowers
Unhide hidden layers
Make the heart 3 layer the active layer
In each of the flower write a word relating to close females to your, I
used Mum Sister and Friend
Add a drop shadow if desired to your words
Open the word art in psp
Make it your own by re-colouring as we did with the template for the tag
When you’re happy with that
Hide the background layer on the word art and the credit layer
Merge visible on the remaining layers
Copy
Paste onto your tag as a new layer and place towards the bottom of your
tag
Add a drop shadow of your choice
Next take one of the butterflies from the scrap kit
Resize as needed and place a couple of them around your tag, you can use
my examples as guides
Resize or crop your tag to your liking
Add your name and copyright information
Save your tag as a jpg
That’s it we're done.
