This tutorial was written by me using
PSP7.
The tutorial is a guide only.
This tutorial is my design and any
similarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

3 tubes of your choice. Please do not
mix artists.

Garvey. You must have a license to use his work which you can purchase

Plug In Filters
Photo Effex Scanlines

Let's get started
Open a new canvas 600x600 flood fill
white.
Rename layer background
Paste frame 1 as new layer
Resize by 60%
Move the to right of the canvas
Layers duplicate
Image mirror
Place them so you are happy with how they lay next to each other, see my
example for placement
Hide the background layer
Merge visible on the frame layers
Unhide hidden layer
Rename merged layer frame.
Make sure the frame layer is the active layer
Click on your selection tool
Rectangle
Feather 0
Antialias checked
Draw out a rectangle on your frame as shown below
Paste a paper from your kit as new layer
Selections>invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Rename the paper layer fill
Move it below the frame layer
Make the frame layer the active layer and add the following drop shadow
V&H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 5
Then repeat changing V&H to -2
Make sure the frame is the active layer
Again click your selection tool same settings as before
Draw around the left side of the frame like shown below
Paste tube of your choice as new layer
Make sure the part of the tube you want showing is inside the marching
ants
Selections>invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Move layer beneath the frame layer
Repeat for the right hand side of the frame
Hide all other layers
Merge visible on the 2 tubes layers
Unhide hidden layers
Rename merged layers tubes
Layers>properties>blend mode change to luminance
Make the background layer the active layer
Paste the beaded string 2 as new layer
Move it to the left of the tag and place as desired
Hide the background layer and the beaded string and merge visible on the
remaining layers
Rename the merged layer frame
Layers>duplicate
On the bottom of the frame layers
Effects>blur>Gaussian blur

Effects>plug In Filters
Photo effects
Scan lines
With the following settings
Then repeat with vertical toggle checked
Make your top layer the active layer
Paste your laying down tube as new layer
Add a drop shadow
Make the frame the active layer
Paste the bag as new layer
Move to the left of the laying down tube
Resize by 50 and again by 70%
Again make the frame the active layer
Paste the love hanger as new layer
Resize by 60%
Place on left of the frame
Next paste one of the gems as new layer and place it above the love
hanger see my tag for example
Make the frame the active layer
Paste the notebook as new layer
Image>rotate>free rotate 15 to the right all layers unchecked
Resize by 60%
Place to the bottom right of the frame
Next paste the bow as new layer
Rotate 15 to the right twice
Resize by 60%
Place at top right of the frame
Crop and resize tag as desired
Add your name and copyright information
Save tag as a jpg and enjoy
