This tutorial was written using Psp8 but can be done in other versions

This tutorial is my design and any similarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental

The tutorial is meant as a guide only.

Supplies Needed.

Mask 147 by Vix Here

Let's get started

Open the template in psp
Delete the credit layer
Image>Canvas size
Change this to 700 x700 to give you room to work, we will crop it later

Make the background layer active and flood fill white

Make bar 1 the active layer
Select all
Float
Defloat
New raster layer
Flood fill with a colour that compliments your tube
Select none
On the bar 1 layer press delete
On the raster 1 layer
Layers>Merge down
Repeat this on the remaining bars. I used 3 colours and repeated on the bottom bars the colours I used at the side

Make the black circle the active layer
Select all
Float
Defloat
New raster layer
Flood fill with a colour of your choice
Do not de-select
Paste your tube as new layer
Make it so the part you want showing is inside the marching ants
When happy selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard

Select none
On the black circle layer press delete
Add the following drop shadow to the tube
V=-4
H=6
Opacity 40
Blur 4

On the raster 1 layer
Effects>Texture effects>Weave
With the following settings

Next on the other 2 circles repeat the above steps but do not add a tube to those layers just the colour and the weave

(Ps if you use black on the circle with the bunny on it you do not need to add the weave)

Make the bunny the active layer
Select all
Float
Defloat
New raster layer
Flood fill with the colour of your choice
Adjust
Add/remove noise>add noise
With the following settings

Select none

On the bunny layer press delete on your keyboard
On raster 1 layer merge down

Add the following drop shadow to all layers
V&H 1
Opacity 40
Blur 4
And repeat changing V&H to -1

Duplicate the bunny later and close off visibility for now
Hide the background layer and merge visible on the remaining layers
Unhide the background layer but leave the copy of bunny hidden for now
Move the merged layer to the left of your canvas

Paste your tube as new layer
Place as desired to the right of your merged layer
Add the following drop shadow
V=0
H=5
Opacity=20
Blur=4

Make the merged layer the active layer
Add your name to the top circle
Unhide the copy of bunny layer
Resize as desired
Place it somewhere near your name

Make the background layer the active layer
Flood fill with a colour slightly lighter than the lightest colour you used on your tag
Layer>new mask layer
Apply the mask
Layers>delete
Click yes in the pop up box
Merge group
Resize by 80%
Move to the left slightly so it is beneath the merged part of the tag
Repeat this step using another colour to compliment your tag
Move it to beneath the first mask
Rotate it by 20

If you are happy now with your tag crop it and add your copy right details
Save and enjoy
