The tutorial is meant as a guide only. Please modify it to suit your needs

Supplies Needed

WSL Mask 83 which you can download Here

Chrome Frame by Chaos Priestess which you can download at Digital Chaos

Tube of your choice

I used the awesome art of Amando Huerta, You must have a license to use this work which you can purchase Here

Font of your choice. I used Sell You Soul

Paper of your choice.

Plug-In Filters

Let's Get started

Open a new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white
Rename layer background


Paste the chrome frame as new layer
Resize by 90%

With the magic wand click inside the circle on the left hand side of the frame
Selections>Modify>Expand by 6
Paste you tube as new layer
Place it so the part you want showing is between the marching ants
Selections>Invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Move layer beneath the frame

Repeat this step with all the circles in the frame

When all the circles are filled with tube
Add a drop shadow to the frame
Then hide the background layer and merge visible on the remaining layers
Rename layer bottom frame

Preset shape tool
Choose a shape you wish to use... any will be ok
On this example I am using x4 but you can use any
Line width 10
Colour grey
Draw out a shape on your canvas. See my example for sizing
Effects>Plug-In Filters
Eye Candy 4000
Chrome
With the following settings


Move beneath the bottom frame on the layer palette
Click inside your new frame with the magic wand
Selections modify expand by 3

Paste your tube as new layer
Effects>Plug in Filters
Mura’s meister copies
With the following settings


Selections>invert
Press delete on you keyboard

Hide the bottom frame and background layer
And merge visible on the remaining layers

Rename layer frame

Add a drop shadow

Your layer palette order should be
Bottom frame
Frame
Background

Make the frame the active layer and add your tube as new layer
Layer duplicate
Move the copy of your tube to the top layer
Use the lasso tool to draw round the part of the tube which is on top of the lower frame so it looks like your tube is stepping over it.

Now add any text you like and then use the chrome setting you used before on it
Add a white gradient glow using eye candy 4000 to you text then drop shadow
Make the background layer the active layer
Add a paper or make a new raster layer and flood fill with a colour of your choice
Masks>new>from image
Apply the mask supplied
Source luminance

Masks>delete
Click yes on the pop up box

Resize and crop your tag to your liking

Add the copyright information

Save tag as a jpg and enjoy
