Let's get started
Open the tag template in PSP
Image
Canvas size
Change this to 600 x 600
Click on the background layer and fill with white
Close of the visibility of the copyright info layer
Click on the scalloped edged rectangle layer
Select all>float>De-float
Paste a paper of your choice as new layer
Selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Merge down
Next select the large rectangle layer
Select all>floats>de-float
Paste a different paper as new layer
Selections>invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Merge down
Next select small rectangle
Select all
Float
De float
Paste another paper from the kit as new layer
Selections
Invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Merge down
Add a drop shadow to the small rectangle layer
Next take your tube
Paste as new layer
Resize as needed and place towards the right of the tag
Make the ivy the active layer
Paste flowers as the new layer
Resize by 80% and place next to the join of the small rectangle with the
big rectangle
Paste another colour of the flowers as new layer
Resize this time by 60%
Place them next to the other flowers and arrange as desired
Next open the word art in PSP
Canvas size 600 x 600
Hide all layers but the word art template layer
Select all
Float
De float
Paste paper as new layer
Selections invert
Press delete
Select none
Unhide the words layer
I added the following gradient glow using plug in EyeCandy 4000
Settings fat
This step is optional
Merge visible on the word art
Paste onto your main tag as a new layer
Move the layer to sit above the background layer in the layer palette
And place at the top of the tag template
Add a drop shadow
Add your name to the tag
Make the background layer the active layer
Paste the beaded swirl as new layer
Place it to the top left of your tag
Layers duplicate
Image mirror
Image flip
If you wish to add any other elements the time to do it is now
Crop and resize your tag as desired
Add your copyright information
Save your tag as a jpg and enjoy
