Mask 42 by Becky Here (right click and save to your computer)

Font of your choice.

Let's get started

Open a new canvas 800x600
Flood fill white
Rename layer background

Paste frame 2 as new layer
Rename layer frame
Resize by 60%

Move to the right of the canvas
Duplicate
Image mirror
Move the frames so they are layer side by side just touching

Right click on the copy of frame and merge down
You should have something like this

Now take your lasso tool with the following settings

And draw around the middle section of the frames like shown below

Press delete on your keyboard

If you want to tidy up the part you deleted then do so with the steps we used for that part of the tutorial
When happy with that we can move on

Use the selection tool>Rectangle
And draw a rectangle over the frames like shown below

Paste paper of your choice as new layer
Selections Invert
Press delete on keyboard
Select none
Move the paper below the frame layer
Rename paper layer fill

Add a drop shadow of choice to the frame

Image resize by 75%
All layers checked

Now again with your selection tool draw a rectangle around your frames

Paste your tube as new layer (a laying down tube is best)
Rename layer tube
When happy with placement
Layers duplicate
Move the duplicate tube layer under the frame and with that layer active
Selection invert
Press delete on keyboard
Select none
Now on the original tube layer remove any of the excess tube over the frames but leave some of the hair above the drapes like shown in my example at the top of the page

Add a drop shadow to the bottom of the 2 tubes layers

Paste flourish 2 as new layer
Resize by 50 then again by 80%
Image flip
Then place on the right of the frame at the bottom
Layer duplicate
Image mirror
They should now be either side of the frame at the bottom with a gap in the middle
If happy with placement on the top of the 3 flourish layers merge down
Rename layer flourish
Add a drop shadow of choice
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 4
And repeated changing V & H to -2

Paste one of the brads as new layer and place it between the 2 flourishes resize if needed

Paste the cherry branch as new layer
Resize by 60% twice
Move beneath the flourish layer and duplicate
Place one either side
Of the frame

Make the background layer the active layer
Paste paper of your choice as new layer

Apply Becky mask 042
Merge group

Crop your tag if needed
Add your name and copyright information
Save you tag as a jpeg and enjoy
