Change the glow width to 3.00
And on the colour tab select fat

Click inside your circle with the magic wand

Expand by 10
Paste another paper of your choice as new layer (I resized to 600 x 600 first)
Selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Move this layer beneath the circle layer and rename layer fill

On the circle layer add the following drop shadow
V&H 0
Opacity 70
Blur 5

Add one of the trees as new layer
Resize as needed and place to the right of the frame.

Paste one of the buttons as new layer
Arrange as desired on your frame/circle layer
(When resizing I usually start by resizing by 20% then resize again by 80% till am happy with the size)
Add the tag and paste this as new layer
Resize and place it so that it beneath the button but above the tree

Next add the word art from the kit and place it on the fill layer
Add the drop shadow we used on the circle layer

When you are happy with placements of all the elements close of the visibility on the background layer and merge visible on the remaining layers
Resize the merged layer by 85% and unhide the background layer

Duplicate the merged layer
On the original merged layer
Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur
