Let's get started
Open the mask in psp and minimize for now
Open a new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white
Rename layer background
Layers>New Raster Layer
Make the foreground colour #B02C59
The back ground colour black
On the foreground choose the gradient tab
Choose foreground/background in the gradients and click invert so
the black is at the bottom
Flood fill the new layer with the gradient
Layers>New mask layer
From image
Find the mask in the drop down list
Ok
Layers delete
Press yes on the pop up box
Merge group
Rename layer mask
Lower the opacity of the mask to 60%
Open the 2009 supplied in Psp
Paste as new layer
Resize by 85% and place in the middle of the mask
Rename layer 2009
Paste your tube as new layer and rename layer tube
Place as desired on your tag
You can close off visibility on this if you wish to make it easier
to see the next steps
Open up the bead curtain 1 from the scrap kit
Adjust>Hue and saturation>Colourize
Change the hue to 241 and the saturation to 153
Back on your main tag
With the 2009 the active layer
Select all>Float>de-float
Selections>Modify>Contract by 5
Paste the bead curtain as new layer
Resize by 80%
Place as desired on your tag over the 2009
Name layer beads
Duplicate and close off the visibility on the copy of beads layer
for now
Back on the original bead layer
Selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Make the copy of beads the active layer and unhide it
Using the eraser tool erase around the top of the beads to make a
clean line at the top of 2009
Make the mask layer the active layer
Open balloon 2 and 5 from the scrap kit
Re colour one balloon with the following settings
Hue 241
Saturation 153
And the other balloon with these settings
Hue 228
Saturation 76
Add both balloons to your tag and position as desired. I duplicated
one of them to give 3 balloons on the tag that is optional
Hide all other layers apart from your balloons
Merge visible on the balloons and rename the merged layer balloons
Unhide hidden layers
Duplicate the balloons
Resize by 50%
And bring to the top layer
Arrange around your tag as u please. I put one either side of the
2009
Add the following drop shadow to your balloon layers
V&H 3
Opacity 70
Blur 5
Open the party hats in psp
Re colour them both the same settings you used for the balloons
Make the top layer the active layer
Paste one of the hats as new layer
Resize by 25%
Paste at the bottom of the glass on the tube or as desired by you
Image>rotate free rotate 35 to the right
Paste the 2nd of the hats
This time resize by 20 and rotate by 15 to the left
When you have finished that and are happy with your tag crop the tag
to your liking
Add your name or a greeting
Add your copyright information
Save tag as a jpg and enjoy
