This tutorial was written by me using
Psp8 and animation shop
The tutorial is my design and any
similarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.
This tutorial is meant as a guide only

Tube of your choice. I used the
awesome artwork of Keith Garvey, You must have a license to use his work
which you can get from
My Psp Tubes
Font of your choice. I used beauty
school dropout.
If you want to animate you will need a
sparkle. The one I used is from a PTU kit by Dark Yarrow from MPT
Here. Some of you will have a sparkle
you can use or you can improvise unless you want to purchase the kit.
Plug in Filters

Eyecandy 4000
(no links supplied as most people have
these or can google them).
Let's get started
Open up the template in psp
Image>Canvas size
Change it to 600 x 600 pixels
Click on the background layer of the template and flood fill white
Make the © layer the active layer
Layers>delete
Make the large circle the active layer
Select all>float>de-float
Paste paper of your choice as new layer
Selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Delete the template large circle layer
Rename your paper large circle
Repeat this for the rectangles and small circle layers deleting the
template layers and renaming your paper layers as you work
Make the large circle layer the active layer
Effects
Plug in’s
Eye candy 4000
Gradient glow
Change the glow width to 3 and on the colour tab choose fat
Repeat this for the 3 rectangles and the small circle layer
Make the heart shape the active layer and delete it.
Next paste the 2 mini flowers from the kit and paste as new layer
Make place them both side by side and merge them together by making the
top of the 2 flowers the active layer and merging down
Resize new merged layer by 50%
Make sure they are in the middle of the canvas

With the following settings

Rename layer flower boarder
And move to sit above the large circle layer
Make the top layer the active layer and paste on of the charms as new
layer
Resize by 50%
Place so the main part of the charm is in the middle of the small circle
layer
Using the lasso tool draw around the chain on the charm like shown below
I zoomed in to do this to make sure I was accurate where the chain and
the heart join

Press delete on you keyboard
Select none
Rename layer charm
Hide all layers apart from your rectangles and merge visible
Rename layer rectangles
Make your top layer of your tag the active layer and paste your tube as
new layer
Rename layer tube
Resize by 90%
Layers duplicate
Hide the copy of tube and make the rectangles the active layer
Select all
Float
De-float
Layers>Modify
Contract by 3
Make the original tube the active layer
Selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Make the copy of tube the active layer and use the eraser tool around
the bottom of the tube to make a clean line at the bottom of the
rectangle
Crop/resize your tag
Add your name and copyright information
If you don’t have a sparkle or don’t want to animate your tag you can
save it now as a jpg
If you want to animate read on
Paste your sparkle as new layer
Place it over the belly button piercing
Rename layer sparkle and reduce opacity to 0
Copy merged
Paste into animation shop as new animation
Change the opacity on the sparkle layer to 25
Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
Change the opacity to 50
Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
Repeat this changing the opacity to 75 and then 100
This should give you a total of 5 frames in animation shop
In animation show
Edit>select all
Shift-D
This should duplicate your animation
On the duplicated animation select all
Animation>reverse Frames
Select all
Copy
Minimize the copy
On the original select the 5th frame by clicking on it
Edit
Paste
After current frame
This will give you a total of 10 frames
View animation to check it all works ok
Save your tag and enjoy
