This tutorial is written by me using Psp8 but
can be done in other versions.
The tutorial is my design and any similarity to
any other tutorial is purely Coincidental
The tutorial is meant as a guide Only.
Supplies Needed.
Tube of your choice, I used the amazing art of
Keith Garvey, You must have a license to use his work which can be
purchased at
My Psp Tubes.
Template by me which you can download

Plug in filter. Toadies-Ommadawn
Let's get started
Open up the template in psp
Delete the credits layers
On the circle layer
Select all
Float
De-float
Paste a paper of your choice as new layer
Selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Make circle layer the active layer once more
Press delete on your keyboard
On your paper layer merge down
Effects
Plug INS
Eye candy 4000
Gradient glow
Glow width 3
Colour –fat
Add the following drop shadow
V&H 1
Opacity 50
Blur 5
And repeat changing V&H to -1
Repeat the above steps for the rest of the template parts
NB: do not add the gradient glow and drop shadow to the inner
shamrock layer
With the lasso tool settings-point to point
Draw around the outer shamrock like shown below
Paste your tube as new layer
Resize by 140%
Paste so the part you want showing is inside the shamrock
Selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Add the following drop shadow to your tube
V&H 3
Opacity 50
Blur 5
Hide all layers except your shamrock outer, tube, shamrock inner
Merge visible on those layers
Unhide hidden layers
Move the shamrock to the left of your tag but making sure that it
doesn’t leave a gap between the shamrock and the rectangles
Hide the shamrock layer for now
Make the rectangle 2 layers the active layer and type out Irish
charm in a font of your choice like shown on my tag
When happy with it duplicate and move it onto the bottom thin
rectangle
Now type Irish into the large rectangle use a bold font for this and
either use a colour or a paper for the inside of it
Open up one of the large bows in psp and one of your buttons
Paste the button onto the bow and resize by 50% twice and place on
the knot in the bow
Merge visible
Now paste this onto your tag and resize by 40%
I placed one to the right of my tag and one to the bottom of the
shamrock
Paste one of the hats as new layer
Resize by 40%
Rotate 18 to the left
And place at the bottom of the circle
Duplicate
Resize by 70%
Rotate 36 to the right place next to the first hat
Make sure the hats are beneath the ribbon on the shamrock
Add one of your charms
Resize by 50%
And place it over the button on the bow which is to the right of the
tag
Hide your background layer and merge visible on remaining layers
Unhide background layer
Image canvas size
Resize to 650 x 650
Make the background layer the active layer and flood fill white
On the original merged layer
Gaussian blur 20.00
Effects
Plug INS
Toadies
Ommadawn
Change the cell width and height to 7
Effects>Edge Effects>sharpen more
Reduce the opacity to 30%
Paste your tube as new layer and place as desired
Add a drop shadow
Crop your tag
Add you’re name and copyright information
Save your tag and enjoy
