This tutorial was written by me using
psp7 and animation shop. The tutorial is my design and any similarity to
any other tutorial is purely coincidental
This tutorial is meant as a guide
only.

Tube of your choice. I used the
awesome art of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use his work
which you can purchase

Let's get started
Open a new canvas 600x600 flood fill
white
Rename layer background
Paste as new layer the frame by Chelle
Rename layer frame
Using the lasso tool
Selection type; Point to point
Feather 0
Antialias checked
Draw along the outer of the frame within the frame like shown below
Paste one of the papers from the scrap kit as new layer
Selections>invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Rename layer fill and move it beneath the frame layer
Make the frame the active layer
Use the lasso tool to draw round the left hand side of the inner frame
like we did for the whole frame
Paste your tube as new layer
Position it so the parts you want showing are between the marching ants
When happy with placement
Selections>invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Rename layer tube1
Move it beneath the frame layer
Layers>properties
Change the Blend mode to luminance and reduce opacity to about 30
percent
Again make the frame layer the active layer
This time draw around the right hand side of the inner frame with your
lasso tool
Paste your tube as new layer
Place so that you are happy with placement
Rename layer tube2
When happy with placement
Layers>duplicate
Move the original of the tube 2 layers to under the frame
Close of visibility on the copy of tube2 for now
Make sure that the original is the active layer
Selections>invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Unhide the visibility on the copy of tube 2
Use the eraser tool with the following settings
And rub out any excess tube at the bottom of the frame making it look
like your tube is behind the ribbon at the bottom
Make the original tube 2 layer the active layer
Add the following drop shadow
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 5
Colour black
Then repeat changing V&H to -2
Make the background layer the active layer
Paste one of the doodles from the scrap kit as new layer
I used doodle
Move the doodle slightly to the left see my example for placement
Layers duplicate
Image mirror
Image flip
Hide all other layers and merge visible on the doodles
Unhide hidden layers
Paste journal paper as new layer
Rename layer paper
Layers>arrange>bring to top
Resize by 70%
Place it towards the bottom of the frame so that the side of the paper
is over the staple on the side of the frame
Lower opacity of paper down to 30 percent
Use the lasso tool to carefully draw around the staple where it overlaps
the paper
Make sure the paper layer is the active layer and press delete
Make the opacity of the paper 100 again
Type out words, a saying or lyrics onto the paper
I used some words from the song Lips of an angel by Hinder
Paste one of the bows from the scrap kit as new layer. I used bow2
Resize by 70% and move to the top left of the frame
Add a drop shadow to both the bow and the paper
Add your name
Crop and resize to your liking
Add your copyright information
Now to move to animation shop
Edit>copy merged
In Animation shop paste as new animation
Open up the bling lips in animation shop
You will see it has 10 Frames so duplicate your tag until you have 10
Frames
(Edit duplicate selected, duplicate selected, duplicate selected, select
all duplicate selected- this should leave you with 10 frames)
On the lips
Select all
Animation>resize by 50%
If you want to change the colour of the lips then use animation>replace
colour
Select all
Copy
On your tag frames
Select all
Paste into selected frame
Move your mouse to place the lips where you would like them
When happy with your placement click down on your mouse and the
animation will be placed there
(If you click before you are happy with placement just undo and paste it
again)
View animation to check all plays ok
When you’re sure you are happy save your tag as a gif and enjoy
