This tutorial was written using PSP8
The tutorial is my design and any similarity to any other tutorial
is purely coincidental.
This tutorial is meant as a guide only.
Supplies Needed
Romantic Charm Scrap kit by Me which you can download
Here
Tube of your choice. I used the Beautiful artwork of Jennifer
Janesko. You need a license to use her work which you can purchase
at
C.I.L.M
Mask 86 by Chelle at
Weescotslass
(go to the download section)
Font of your choice.
Filters.
Mura Meisters Copies
Open supplies in Psp
Let's get started
Open a new canvas 600 x 600
Flood fill white
Paste frame3 as new layer
Resize by 85%
Rename layer frame
Use the selection tool to draw a rectangle around the frame as shown
below
Paste a paper of your choice as new layer
Selections
Invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Rename layer fill and move it beneath the frame layer
Do not deselect
Paste your tube as new layer
Position it as desired
Rename layer tube
When happy with placement
Layers
Duplicate
Move the copy of tube above the frame layer and close off visibility
for now
Make the original tube the active layer
Press delete on keyboard
Select none
Unhide the copy of tube and make it your active layer
Use the eraser tube to remove any excess tube at the bottom of the
frame
You should now have something like this
Make the frame layer the active layer and add the following drop
shadow
V&H 2
Opacity 60
Blur 5
With the frame still the active layer add one of the charms from the
kit, resizing as needed, to the top left of the frame
Add the same drop shadow you used on the frame
Hide the background layer and merge visible on the remaining layers
Hide this layer for now and unhide the background layer
Make the background layer the active layer
Paste flower 1 as new layer
Resize by 70%

Mura’s Meister copies
With the following settings
Layers
New mask layer
From image
In the drop down box select WSL_Mask86
Source luminance
Ok
On layer palette merge group
Add the same drop shadow you used before.
Unhide the merged layer
Resize the merged layer by 90%
Paste heart1 as new layer
Resize as desired and place over the bow on the frame
Paste the double heart charm as new layer
With your magic wand, mode settings add (shift)
Click inside the 2 hearts
Selections
Modify
Expand by 3
Place a paper of your choice as new layer
Selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Move this layer beneath the charm layer and select none
Add the same drop shadow we used before on the hearts
Type a saying or some words onto the charm layer
I used “love is…”
If u want to add anymore elements now is the time to do so. Be
creative
I just used the roses and cropped the stems but you can use any
elements you wish.
When happy with all that
Crop /resize your tag as desired
Add your name and copyright information
Save tag as a jpg and enjoy
