This tutorial is meant as a guide only.

Tube of your choice, I
used the Beautiful art of Suzanne Woolcott, You can get a license to
use her work

Lets get started.
Open the template in PSP
Image
Canvas size
Change the size to 600x600 we will crop later
Make the background layer the active layer and flood fill with white
Make the by missy layer the active layer and delete
Make the rectangle layer the active layer
Select all>float>defloat
Paste a paper of your choice as new layer
Resize by 70%
If you don’t resize then when you add a drop shadow it will show
around the edge of your canvas
Selections>Invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Adjust
Hue and saturation
Colourize
With the following settings
Hue 150
Saturation 48
(If you are using a different tube change the settings to a colour
which matches your tube)
Make the rectangle the active layer again
Press delete on your keyboard
Make raster 1 the active layer and merge down
Effects>plug in filters
Eye candy 4000
Gradient glow
Under the basic tab change the glow width to 3
And under the colour tab click on fat
Add the following drop shadow
V&H 3
Opacity 70
Blur 5
Then repeat changing V&H to -1
Make your circle layer the active layer
Float
Defloat
Layers>new raster layer
Flood fill with the colour #425060 or a colour of your choice to
match your tube
Select none
Add the same gradient glow and drop shadow we used previously
Make the circle the active layer
Press delete on your keyboard
Make the raster layer the active layer and merge down
Repeat this step using a colour or papers for the Wordart and think
rectangle layers
Do not do this to the heart layer we will be deleting that later
Remember if using papers to re colour them to match your tube
Open button 3 from the scrap kit in psp
Re colour the button
Paste onto your canvas as new layer
Resize it by 50%
Place it over the heart on the template
Make the template heart layer the active layer
Press delete on your keyboard
Make the button your active layer and merge down
Add a drop shadow to your button
Make the circle layer the active layer
Select all
Float
Defloat
Selections>Contract by 3
Paste your tube as new layer
Resize if needed
Place as desired
When happy with placement
Layers>duplicate
Close off visibility of the copy of your tube and work on the
original for a moment
Selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Now make the copy of tube active layer again and restore visibility
Use the eraser tool to remove any excess tube at the bottom of your
circle
On the copy of your tube merge down
Rename layer tube and add a slight drop shadow
Paste the scroll as new layer
Resize by 50% twice
Colourize as before
Place over the heart button and add a drop shadow
Paste large bow as new layer
Resize as needed and colourize to match your tag
Place at the top left of your tag
Paste one of the curled ribbons as new layer
Resize by 50%
Image>Rotate
Free rotate 15 to the left
Place under the bow layer and add a drop shadow
Paste one of the flowers as new layer
Resize and colourize and place as desired
Make the rectangle layer the active layer
Duplicate
On the original rectangle layer
Adjust
Blur
Gaussian blur 15
Effects
Plug ins
VM extravaganza
Transmission
Change the line width to 3
Effects
Edge effects
Enhance
Crop your tag to your liking
Add your name and copyright information
Save your tag as a jpg or png and enjoy
