Party Girl

This tutorial was written using Psp8 but can be done in other versions.

The tutorial is my design and any similarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

The tutorial is meant as a guide only.

Supplies.

Tube of your choice. I used the awesome art of Ismael Rac, You need a license to use his art and you can purchase this at MY Psp Tubes.

Font of your choice. I used Scriptina

Let's Get Started.

Open a new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white

Paste frame 1 as new layer
Resize by 50%
Move it to the left of your canvas
Repeat this with frame 2 but move this to the right of your canvas

Layers>Merge>Merge down
With your magic wand click into the centre of both frames
Selections>Modify
Expand by 5
Paste a paper of your choice as new layer
Selections>Invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Move the paper beneath the frame layer

Paste your tube as new layer
Move it to be inside the centre of the right frame
When happy with placement press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Adjust>hue and saturation
Colourise
Change the hue and saturation both to 0
Add the following drop shadow to the tube
V&H 5
Opacity 40
Blur 5
And repeat changing V&H to -5
(NB. If your tube was hanging over the bottom of the canvas when you cut it before then you will get a shadow along the bottom of the canvas, Use the magic wand to delete this.)

Duplicate layer and mirror and move do that it is inside the centre of the left hand side frame

Add the following drop shadow to the frame layer
V&H 2
Opacity 40
Blur 5
Repeat changing V&H to -2

Make the background layer the active layer
Paste curled ribbon 4 as new layer
Rotate it 80 to the right
Move to the bottom of the frames
Duplicate
Flip
And move the top copy up a bit so you can see bits of ribbon around the frames

Make the top layer the active layer and paste the tube of your choice. Place in the centre of the frames
Close off visibility for now

Make the frame the active layer
Paste flower 4 as new layer
Resize by 50%
Add the following drop shadow
V&H -2
Opacity 40
Blur 5
Move to the bottom of the frames and place in the centre

Then paste flower 5 as new layer
Resize by 35%
Repeat the drop shadow
Move to the bottom right of the first flower
Layers duplicate
Image>Mirror

Paste Ipod 1 as new layer
Resize by 50%
Image>Rotate
Free rotate 35 to the right
Place at the left of the frame layer
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen
Add the previous used drop shadow

Paste the party girl label as new layer
Resize by 50%
Image>Rotate
15 to the left
Place over the right side of the frame
Add drop shadow

Next take the musical notes and the stars
Resize small (by about 15%)
And randomly place them around your tag. See mine for example

Unhide the hidden tube.

Make the background layer the active layer
Paste a paper of your choice as new layer
Layers>New mask layer
In the drop down box find WSL_Mask80
Ok
Layers>delete
Click yes in the pop up box
Layers>merge group
Reduce opacity of the layer to 30%
If you are happy with your tag add your name and copyright information

Save your tag and enjoy
