This tutorial is meant as a guide only.

 

Supplies Needed.

Tube of your choice. I used the awesome art of Elias Chatzoudis. You need a licence to use his work which can be purchased at My Psp Tubes

Let's get started

 

Open a the template in Psp
Image>Canvas size 600x600
Make the background layer the active layer
Flood fill white

Make the by missy the active layer
Layers>Delete

Make circle 1 the active layer
Select all
Float
De-float
Paste paper of your choice as new layer
Selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
On the circle1 layer press delete on your keyboard
Make the raster1 layer active layer
Layers>merge down

Repeat this for the remaining layers
If you want to use a colour rather than a paper make a new layer before you flood fill

When you have done this go back to circle 1 layer
Plug in filters
Eye candy 4000
Gradient glow
Change the glow width to 3 and the colour to far
Repeat this on circle 2 and Wordart template layers

Move the words layer to sit beneath the circle1 layer
And move the Wordart template to the bottom of the circles on your tag
See my example for placement

Add the following drop shadow to the layers circle 1 and 3 and Wordart template
V&H 1
Opacity 40
Blur 3

Then repeat changing V&H to -1

Make circle 1 the active layer
Select all
Float
De-float
Selections>Modify>Contract by 3
Selections invert
Paste tube as new layer (if you’re not using a close up resize by 150%)
Press delete on your keyboard when you are happy with placement

Select none
Reduce opacity to 35%

Make circle 1 layer the active layer
Select all
Float
De-float
Selections>Modify>Contract by 3
Selections>Invert
Paste tube as new layer
Place so that you’re happy with placement
Duplicate and close off visibility of the duplicate layer for now
On the original layer press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Unhide the duplicate layer
Use the eraser tool to remove any of the excess tube at the bottom of the circles

With the layer beneath the word template as active layer
Paste one of the feathers as new layer
Resize by 50%
Mirror and place to the left of your tag
Then paste the other feather this time resize by 35%
Mirror and place next to the other feather

Paste the word charm 1 as new layer
Resize by 50%
Place at the top left of your tag and move beneath the feather layers
Add a slight drop shadow
Paste on of the bows
Resize by 30% and place at the top of the word charm
Add the same drop shadow

Make the background layer the active layer
Paste a paper of choice as new layer
Layers>mask layers
Find the mask in the drop down list
Click ok
Layers delete
Click yes in the pop up box
Merge group
Reduce the opacity to 60%

Crop/resize your tag
Add your name and copyright information

Save your tag and enjoy
