This tutorial was written by me and is
meant as a guide only.
The tutorial is my design and any
similarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental
Supplies Needed.
Tube of your choice. I used the
amazing art of Keith Garvey. The tube I used is part of the MPT xmas2008
gift. You must have a license to use his tubes which you can purchase at
My Psp Tubes
Traditional Xmas scrap kit by me
(free) which you can download

Font of your choice.
Let's get started
Open a new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill
white
Rename layer background
Paste one of the wreaths from the scrap kit as new layer
Rename layer wreath
Click inside the wreath with the magic wand
Selections>Modify>Expand by 20
Paste one of the papers of your choice as new layer
Selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Rename layer fill
Move this layer below the wreath
Select none
Paste one of the long flowers as new layer
Image>Rotate>Free rotate
90 to the right
Add a drop shadow and place the bottom of your wreath
Name layer flowers
Paste one of the bows as new layer
Resize by 50%
Place to the top right of your wreath and add ad drop shadow
Next take one of the baubles
Paste as new layer
Resize by 50%
Place it beneath the bow on the wreath
Add the text Merry Xmas or what ever greeting you wish to the centre of
the wreath
(I added a gradient glow with EyeCandy 4000 to my text this is optional)
Paste your tube as new layer and place it to the left of your tag
Add a drop shadow to the tube I used
V & H 5
Opacity 50
Blur 5
Add your name and copyright information
Hide all layers except for the wreath and fill layer
Merge visible
Unhide hidden layers
Duplicate the merged layer
On the original tube layer
Effects>texture effects>mosaic glass with the default settings
Resize this layer by 95%
Making sure your copyright info is clearly visible save your tag and
enjoy
