This tutorial was written by me using Psp8

This tutorial is meant as a guide only.
Supplies Needed.
Tube of your choice. I used this cute tube
of PinUpToons. You must have a license to use this tube and you can
purchase it at

Font of your choice.
Lets get started
Open a new canvas 600x600 flood fill white
Rename layer background
Paste frame 2 as new layer
Resize by 75%
Image>Rotate>Free rotate
To the right by 90
Rename layer frame
With the magic wand>settings add (shift)
Click in all 3 sections of the frame
Selections>Modify>Expand by 4
Paste a paper of choice as new layer
Resize by 80%
Selections Invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Do not de-select
Move the paper beneath the frame layer and rename layer fill
Next paste torn paper 1 as new layer
Resize again by 80%
Move it over the right side of your frame see my example for how far
over I place it
Press delete on your keyboard when happy with placement
Rename layer fill 2
Select none
On the fill 2 layer add the following drop shadow
V&H -2
Opacity 60
Blur 3
Add the same drop shadow to the frame layer
Paste your tube as new layer
Name layer tube
Add a slight drop shadow and move to the left of centre on our frame
Hide the background and tube layer and merge visible on the
remaining layers
Unhide hidden layers
With background layer the active layer paste the heart as new layer
Resize b 50% and move to the bottom right of the frame
Add a drop shadow then duplicate
Image mirror and move to the top left
Paste one of the stars as new layer
Resize by 20%
Adjust>Sharpness>sharpen more
Duplicate and place randomly around the frame
Make the background layer the active layer
Paste one of the apple blossoms as new layer
Resize by 50 % and place to the right of the frame
Next past a different colour blossom as new layer
Resize by 35% and place next to the larger one
Merge down
Add a drop shadow
Make the frame the active layer
Paste the bow as new layer
Resize by 50% and place at the top right of the frame
Now make the background layer the active layer
Paste a paper of choice as new layer
Resize by 83%
Layers>New mask Layer
Find the mask in the drop down box
Ok
Layers>delete
Click yes in the pop up box
Merge group
Move up to the top of your tag and over to the left slightly
Duplicate and move the duplicated layer to the bottom right
Add your name and copyright information
Save your tag and enjoy
