Font of your choice. I used Adore
Tube of your choice. I used the amazing art
of Elias Chatzoudis. You must have a license to use his work which
can be purchased at
My Psp Tubes
Let's get started
Open a the template in psp
Image>canvas size
Change the canvas to 600x600
Click on the back ground layer and flood fill white
Make the layer “by missy” the active layer and delete
Make circle 2 the active layer
Select all>float>de-float
Paste a paper of your choice as new layer
Resize by 70%
Note: if you don’t resize when we add a drop shadow it will show
around the edge of your canvas
Selections>invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Click back on circle 2 layer in the layer palette to make it the
active layer
Press delete on your keyboard- this will delete the original
template layer
Now make raster 1 the active layer
Layers>merge>merge down
Repeat this for the following layers using different papers for each
layer
Think rectangle 1
Thin rectangle 2
Think rectangle
Circle
Make the dotted circle the active layer
Select all>float>defloat
Layers>new raster layer
Choose a dark colour from your papers and flood the new layer with
this colour
Select none
Make the dotted circle the active layer again
Press delete on your keyboard
Now back on your raster layer and merge down
Add the following drop shadow to all layers except the background
layer
V&H 0
Opacity 70
Blur 5
Make the background layer the active layer
Paste the dust as new layer
Resize by 80% and position as desired
Now you should have something like this

Close of the visibility on the circle layer for a moment
With the think rectangle layer the active layer paste the clip as
new layer
Duplicate twice
Move them so that there is one to the right of your tag on the top
middle and bottom rectangle like shown below

Unhide the hidden circle layer
Make the circle the active layer
Paste the ticket as new layer
Resize by 70%
Image>Rotate>Free Rotate by 20 to the left
With the selection tool
Circle
Draw out a small circle on your ticket like shown below

Press delete on your keyboard
Add the following drop shadow
V&H 3
Opacity 70
Blur 5
Then repeat changing V&H to -2
Make the dotted line the active layer
Paste the pin as new layer
Resize by 70%
Image>Rotate>Free Rotate 20 to the right
Layers
Duplicate
Move the copy of pin below the ticket layer
Make the original pin layer the active layer
Click on your eraser tool
With the following settings

Rub out the part of the pin which is above the ticket from the
circle hole you made downwards like shown below

Make the top layer the active layer
Paste your tube as new layer
Add a drop shadow of your choice depending on the tube you are using
Crop your tag to your liking
Add your name and copyright information
Save your tag and enjoy
