Image/Tube of your choice.
I used an image by Dean Yeagle. You
must have a license to use his work which you can purchase from
CILM.
Font of your choice I used Angelina
Plug In Filters
DBS Flux-Bubbles
Here
Let's Get Started
Open a new canvas 600x600 flood fill
white
Rename layer background
Paste photo boarder as new layer
Using your magic wand click inside the photo boarder
Selections>Modify>Expand by 7
Paste your tube or image as new layer
Make it so the parts you want showing are inside the marching ants
Selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Move the image beneath the frame
Make the frame the active layer
Add the following drop shadow
V & H 1
Opacity 30
Blur 5
Then repeat changing V & H to -1
On the frame layer merge down
Rename the layer photo
Layers duplicate
Image
Rotate
Free rotate
10 to the right
Move this layer to the bottom right of your main photo
Layers duplicate
Image Mirror
Move to the top left hand corner of the main photo
Move this layer beneath the main photo
Hide the background layer and merge visible on all the photos layers
Resize layer by 90%
Unhide the background layer
On the photos
Duplicate
Make the original photo the active layer
Effects
Plug in filters
Dbs flux
Bubbles
With the following settings
Image resize by 90%
Make the top photo layer the active layer
Paste one of the tag charms as new layer
Resize by 70% twice
Place as desired on your tag
Next paste the sun accent as new layer
Resize it so that is slightly smaller than the tag
Place it inside the tag and merge down
Next paste one of the folded ribbons
Resize as needed
Place above the tag
Merge down
Then add one of the bows resizing and placing it on the tag
Merge down
Add the same drop shadow we used earlier
Next resize/crop your tag to your liking
Add your name and copyright information
Save the tag as a jpeg and enjoy
