and Animation shop.
The tutorial is my design and any
similarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental
This tutorial is meant as a guide
only.
Supplies Needed
Minutes to Midnight scrap kit by
Yarrow which you can purchase at
Digital Chaos
Tube of your choice. I used the
beautiful art of Jennifer Janesko. You need a licence to use her work
which can be purchased from
C.I.L.M
Plug in Filters

Mura's Meisters-Copies
EyeCandy 4000-HSB Noise
Let's get Started
Open a new canvas 600x600 flood fill
white
Rename layer background
Paste the stars from the scrap kit as new layer
Plug in filters
Mura’s Meister copies
With the following settings
Resize layer by 90%
Rename layer stars
Paste frame 6 as new layer
With the magic wand settings as below
Click inside the frame
Selections modify
Expand by 5
Paste your tube as new layer
Place so the part you want showing is inside the marching ants
Selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Move layer beneath the frame layer
Select none
Make the frame layer the active layer and add the following drop shadow
V & H -1
Opacity 60
Blur 5
And the repeat changing V & H to 1
Right click on your frame layer in the layer palette and merge down
Rename layer main
Layer duplicate
Move the copy of main under the original
Plug in filters

With the default settings

Reduce opacity on the copy of main to approx 25%
Paste the pocket watch as new layer
Layers>Arrange>Bring to the top
Resize as needed and place at the bottom of your tag
Next paste one of the heart charms
Again resize as desired and place to the top right of the tag
Paste one lot of the flowers as new layer
Resize by 75% twice
Image>Rotate
Free rotate 10 to the left
Add the same drop shadow we used before
Place this flower at the bottom left of the frame next to the bow
Next duplicate and move the copy of them flowers above the first lot you
pasted
Paste another layer of flowers from the kit but this time choosing a
different colour
Resize and rotate as you did previous adding the same drop shadow and
place them between the 2 flower layers you already have
When happy with the placement hide all other layers and merge visible on
the flowers
Unhide hidden layers and then rename merged layer flowers
Paste one of the bows as new layer (choose a different colour to the one
on the frame)
Resize by 50% then by 75%
Place over the bottom of the flowers above the bow on the frame
Make the stars layer the active layer
Select all
Float
De-float
Duplicate layer twice giving you a total of 3 stars layer
Close off visibility of copy (2) and copy of stars
And make the original stars layer the active layer
Plug in filters
Eye candy 4000
HSB noise
With the following settings
Hide the original stars layer and unhide copy of stars
Repeat the plug in but pressing random seed once
Repeat on the remaining stars layer this time pressing the random seed
again
Make the top layer the active layer
Crop/resize your tag as desired
Add your name and copyright information
Now to copy to animation shop
Close off visibility of the top 2 stars layers and make the bottom one
the active layer
Copy merged
Paste into animation shop as new animation
Back in PSP close off visibility of the layer you just moved across and
unhide the middle of the 3 star layers
Copy merged
Paste into animation shop after current frame
Repeat this for the last of the 3 star layers
In animation shop
Select all
Animation
Frame properties
Change the display time to 25
View animation to check all works ok
Save as a gif and enjoy
