This Is an easy tutorial to do.
This tutorial is my designs and any
similarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.
The tutorial was written using PSP7
but can be done in other versions
Supplies Needed
Chunky font of your choice I used Baby
Kruffy
Summer Garden Scrap kit (free) By me
which you can download

Let's get started
Open Supplies in PSP
Open a new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill
white
Rename layer background
With your text tool
Choose a chunky font I used baby Kruffy
Line width 3
Stroke black
Fill colour null
Vector and Antialias both checked
Size 72
Type out your name or if making a snag a word
Stretch out the font to ¾ of the width of the canvas and about a third
of the height
Layers
Convert to raster layer
Use the magic wand
With the shift key held down click inside each of the letters
You should end up with marching ants inside all the letters like shown
below
Selections
Modify
Expand by 3
Paste the sky paper as new layer
Selections>Invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Move layer beneath the letters
DO NOT DE-SELECT
Next paste the grass paper as new layer
Place it so that it is halfway down the letters
Press delete on keyboard
You should now have something that looks a little like this
(Still do not deselect)
Next paste the fence as new layer
Resize by 30% then again by 50%
Place it like shown below
Layers>Duplicate
And form a straight line to the end of the letters
Hide all layers except the fence
Merge visible on the fence
Unhide hidden layers
Make sure your fence is the active layer
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Add the following drop shadow to your fence
V & H -1
Opacity 30
Blur 3
Make the sky the active layer
Take one of the dragon fly’s from the add on kit and paste as new layer
Resize by 30% then again by 50%
Add the drop shadow you used before
And place as desired in the sky on your text
Duplicate and mirror and place the second as desired
Copy and paste any of the other elements from the kits to your liking
Resize by 30% then again by 50%
Add the drop shadow you used before
And place as desired in the sky on your text
Duplicate and mirror and place the second as desired
Copy and paste any of the other elements from the kits to your liking
You can use my example as a guide but feel free to try your own things
with this tutorial
When you have done that crop/resize the tag to your liking
Add any copyright information
(If only using scrap kits then scrap kit by whoever is fine)
Save your tag as a jpg and enjoy
