My PSP Tubes
Plug in filter Mura's Meisters Copies.
Let's get started
Open supplies in psp
Open new canvas 700x600
Flood fill white
Rename layer background
Paste paper of your choice as new layer
I used paper 4
Masks>New>From Image
Veronica GX mask 10
Source luminance
Invert mask data
Ok
Masks>Delete
Click yes
Rename layer mask
Paste my velvet red rose 2 as new layer
Resize by 50%
Effects>Plug In Filters
Mura’s Meisters Copies
With the following settings
Hide for a moment in layer palette
And use your selection tool to draw a rectangle along the white boarder
of the mask as shown below
Unhide the roses and make them the active
layer
Selections>Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard
Select none
Rename inner roses
Colourise to your liking
Next paste my velvet red rose 1 as new layer and place to the bottom of
your mask layer

Rename bottom rose
Colourise to your liking
Add drop shadow of your choice
Next paste rose 2 again as new layer
Place to left of tag
Layers>Duplicate
Image>Mirror
Layer>Duplicate
Move to the middle of the 2 roses
Hide all other layers and merge visible
Name top roses
Colourise as before
Add drop shadow of your choice.
Unhide hidden layers
Paste charm 2 as new layer
Resize by 50%
Add drop shadow of your choice
Layers>Duplicate
Image>Mirror
Hide all other layers
Merge visible
Rename layer charms
Unhide hidden layers
Make the mask layer the active layer
Preset shapes rectangle
Line width 3
Foreground colour #632638
Background colour black
Draw out a rectangle just over half the size of the inner mask.
See my example for size
Add a drop shadow
Rename layer text box
Make the bottom rose the active layer
Now paste your tube as new layer
Resize and place as desired
(this does need to be a laying down tube)
Resize and paste as desired
Rename layer tube
Crop and resize tag as desired
On the text box type out the lyrics of your choice
I used Bed of Roses chorus from the Bon Jovi track.
Make sure all lyrics are in white and inside the black box
Rename layer lyrics
Add your name and copyright information
Now to animate
Hide the lyrics layer
Copy merged
Paste into animation shop as new animation
Back into psp
Unhide lyrics layer
Move the lyrics so only the very top of the text is showing coming up
behind the roses
Copy merged
Paste into animation shop after current frame
Back to psp
Carefully move the text layer so more of the text is showing
Repeat above steps to move it into animation shop
WHEN YOU GET TO THE STAGE THAT THE TOP OF THE TEXT IS GOING ABOVE THE
TEXT BOX USE THE SELECTION TOOL TO DRAW A RECTANGLE FROM THE TOP OF THE
BLACK INNER OF THE TEXT BOX TO ABOVE THE EXCESS TEXT
HIT DELETE
SELECT NONE
Then repeat above steps to copy over to animation
Now in animation
Select the first frame
Animation>frame properties
Change to 100
Then select the frame in which the whole verse is visible
Change the frame properties on this one too 550
View animation to make sure all is to your liking
Now save your tag as a gif file.
