Supplies
For this tag you will need.
Tube of your choice

I used the awesome artwork of Misty Benson to use
this art you must have a license which you can purchase

Kitty ribbons by Yarrow which you can download
Here
Click on embellishments then click the image to
download.
Falling hearts Bling which you can download
Here
Click on Glitter Anims, Hearts and its the one at
the bottom on the right.
Plug in filter DBS flux
Font of your choice, I used times new romance
which you can download
Here
Let's get started
Open supplies in psp and the bling in animation
shop
Open a new canvas 600 x600 and flood fill white
We can crop later
Rename layer background
With your Preset shape tool
Circle
Line width 15
Foreground colour #B84880
Background colour null
With shift key held down for perfect circle
Draw out a large circle on your canvas
Objects>Align>Centre in canvas
Layers>Convert to raster layer
Rename layer outer circle
With magic wand click inside your circle
Selections>Modify
Expand by 5
Layers>Create new raster layer name it circle fill
Flood fill with colour #552951
Do not deselect
In layer palette drag beneath circle layer
Select tube of your choice
Paste as new layer
Selections>Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard
Select none
Move layer beneath circle layer
Rename tube
Add drop shadow of your choice
Make your circle layer the active layer
Layers>Duplicate
Hide the copy of circle and make circle layer the active layer (this
should be the bottom of the 2 layers)
Effects>Blur>Gaussian Blur
Radius 15.00
Ok
Effects>Plug In Filters>DBS Flux>Linear Transmission
With the following settings
Now drag that layer beneath the circle fill layer
Unhide copy of circle
Make copy of circle layer your active layer
Preset shape tool
Circle
Line width 2
Foreground colour a bright colour that is easy to see
Draw out a circle slightly larger than the one you have already
Objects>Align>Centre in canvas
Image>Flip
(Note in some versions of psp you don’t need to flip, this is done in
psp 7 so the writing will show on the outside of the circle)
DO NOT deselect
Click on your text tool
Hover over your circle till u see an A with a curved line under and
click on there
Type out the text you want
I used “the more men I meet, the more I love my cat”
But you can use anything you want
I used black colour for my font
Font times new romance
Size 24
In the layer palette click on the little plus next to the text layer and
hide the circle as shown below
Move the text so it is on top of the circle not
down the side
Layers>Convert to raster layer
Add drop shadow of your choice
Rename layer text
Take one of the kitty ribbons by Yarrow and paste as new layer
Use the deformation tool to angle as desired
Click on the lasso tool
Draw round any excess ribbon over hanging the circle
Press delete on keyboard
Rename layer ribbon
Now I cropped my image and resized with all layers checked by 80%
Add your name and copyright information
If you don’t want to add animation you can save your tag now and enjoy.
If you want to animate read on.
Copy merged your tag into animation shop
Open your bling hearts and you will see there are 19 layers
So on your tag duplicate till you have 19 layers also
Select all and copy the bling hearts
Select all and paste into selected frame on your tag
Move about with your mouse till you’re happy with placement
Then click on your mouse
View animation to check all is working ok
The save your tag as gif file.
