This tutorial was written by me using Psp8 but
can be done in other versions.
This tutorial is my design
and any similarity is purely coincidental.
The tutorial is meant as a guide only.
Supplied Needed.
Tube of your choice. To use the tube I have
used by Ismael Rac you must have a licence. You can purchase this at

Template 62 by Rachel at Scraps of Enchantment. You can download it

Let's get started
Open the mask in psp and minimize for now.
Open the template in psp
Delete the info layer
Image>Canvas size
Change the canvas size to 700x600
Layers>New raster layer
Flood fill white
Move this layer to be the bottom layer and make it the active layer
Click on your preset shape tool
With your foreground colour black
Background colour a colour from your tube
Line width 5
Draw out a large rectangle (see my example for size and placement)
Layers>Convert to raster layer
With your magic wand click inside the rectangle
Effects>Texture Effect
Weave
With the following settings
Gap size 1
Width 7
Opacity 1
Change the colours to black
Check - fill gaps
Select none
Select black square
Selections>select all
Float
Defloat
New raster layer
Flood fill with a colour of your choice
Paste your tube as new layer
Place so the parts of your tube you want showing are inside the
marching ants
Selection>Invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Delete the black square layer
On the layer you filled with a colour of your choice
Effects>eyecandy4000>Gradient Glow
Width 3
Colour fat
Add a drop shadow
Repeat this for the remaining 3 squares
Hide all layers except the 4 squares and tubes and merge visible
Unhide hidden layers
On the hard to handle layer
Select all
Float
Defloat
Again add the weave effect but this time change the colours to the
colour from your tube that you used in the rectangle
Add the same gradient glow and drop shadow we used earlier
Add the same drop shadow to the dotted lines
On your small grey circle layer
Float
Defloat
New raster layer
Flood fill with colour from your tube
Select none
Delete original grey circle layer
On the small black circle and on the large rectangle we drew add
gradient glow and drop shadow
Hide the background layer and merge visible on the remaining layers
Move the merged layer to the right of the canvas
Unhide hidden layer
Paste your tube as new layer and place to the left of the canvas
Add a drop shadow
Make the background layer the active layer
New raster layer
Flood with a colour or gradient of your choice
Masks
New mask layer
Find the mask in the drop down layer and apply
Layers>delete
Click yes in the pop up box
Layers>merge>merge group
Add your name and copyright information
Save your tag and enjoy
