This tutorial was written in psp 7 but can be done
in other versions
You will need animation shop also.
This tutorial was written by me and any similarity
to any other tutorial is purely coincidental

I used the awesome artwork of Elias Chatzoudis,
You must have a license to use his work which you can purchase

Let's get started!
Open supplies in psp.
Open a new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white
We can crop later
Rename layer background
Take cluster frame from the scrap kit
Paste as new layer
Rename layer frame
Using magic wand click inside the frame
Making sure you get all the bits of the inner frame by holding down the
shift key and clicking inside all parts
Selections>Modify>Expand by 9
Take one of the papers from the scrap kit and paste as new layer
Selections>Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard
DO NOT deselect
In the layer palette rename this layer frame fill and move beneath the
frame layer
Copy and paste the tube of your choice as new layer
Rename layer tube
Resize and position to your liking
When happy with position
Layers>Duplicate
Hide the copy of tube in the layer palette
Make the original tube layer the active layer
Hit delete on your keyboard
Select none
Unhide the copy of tube layer
Move to the top of the layer palette above the frame layer and make it
the active layer
Using the eraser tool remove any of the tube overhanging the bottom of
the frame
Add the following drop shadow to the frame and the original tube layer
(the bottom of the 2 tube layers)
V+H 1
Opacity 70
Blur 2
Colour black
Make the top layer the active layer
Now with your text tool
Font of your choice I used Bradley hand ITC
Stroke colour null
Fill colour #CF3E4B
Size 26
Type out “He loves me..”
Place as desired
Convert to raster layer
Rename layer text1
Add the above drop shadow
With the settings the same type out “he loves me not”
Place as desired
Convert to raster layer
Rename layer text 2
Add the above drop shadow
Take envelope 2 from the scrap kit
Copy and paste as new layer
Resize by 30%
Use the deformation tool to angle and place the envelope as desired

Rename layer envelope
Copy and paste flower 4
Resize by 50%
Place on the top right corner of the frame.
Rename layer flower
Next add your name at the bottom.
I used a chunky text and used a paper from the scrap kit to fill the
text but that is optional
If you choose to
Type out your name with a font of your choice
Stroke colour of your choice
Fill null
Stretch to be the width of the frame
Convert to raster layer
Using the magic wand with the shift key held down click in all parts of
your name
Selections>Modify>Expand by 2
Paste paper of your choice as new layer
Selections>Invert
Hit delete on keyboard
Move layer beneath the outer name layer
Hide all other layers and merge visible
Rename layer name
Unhide other layers
Move your name below the envelope layer
Now hide the background and text 2 layers
Merge visible on remaining layers
Rename merged layer main
Move the text 2 layer to the top
Crop and add your copyright information
Now if you don’t want to animate you can save your tag now and enjoy
If you do want to animate read on.. Patiently lol
This is first time I have tried to tut this kind of animation
Make the top layer the active layer in layer palette
Type out “He loves me not” one letter at a time bunching them up near
the flower
See my example for placement
After typing each letter convert it to raster layer before typing the
next
Hide the text 2 layer in the layer palette
And copy merged to animation shop
Back to psp
Move each one of the letters near the flower out a bit like so
Copy merged and paste after selected frame in animation shop
Repeat this step about 3 or 4 more times gradually moving the text down
towards where the text will sit on the tag
When you have done that
Animation>View animation
Just to check you have copied over ok
Now in psp hide all the floating letters
And unhide text 2
Copy merged
Paste into animation shop after selected frame
In animation shop
Select all
Animation>Frame properties
Change the display time to 25
Now select the last frame only
And change the display time to 150
Animation>View animation
Just to check all is ok
Save your tag as a gif file
