Tube of your choice I used the fantastic artwork
of Elias Chatzoudis you must have a license to use his work which you
can purchase Here
Please do not use his work without the license to
do so
Let's get started
Open supplies in Psp
Open a new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white
Rename layer background
Select frame 2 from the scrap kit
Copy and paste as new layer
Image>Rotate>left 90
Image>Mirror
Rename layer frame
Using the magic wand with settings
RGB value tolerance 25 feather 0
Click inside the frame then hold down the shift key and click in the
small area under the ribbon too
Selections>Modify>Expand by 8
Select paper of your choice I used paper 6
Copy and paste as a new layer
Selections>Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard
Selections>Select none
Rename layer frame fill and move under the frame layer
Make the frame the active layer again and repeat the magic wand step
again
Copy and paste the tube of your choice as a new layer
Position as desired
Layers>Duplicate
In the layer palette hide the duplicate layer
Then with the original tube layer as active layer
Selections>Invert
Hit delete
Select none
Unhide the copy of the tube layer
Move to the top in the layer palette and using the eraser tool to remove
the bottom of the tube so it looks like its behind the ribbon on the
bottom of the frame
And up the side ribbon so the arms look to be behind that ribbon too
When happy hide the background layer and merge visible on the remaining
layers
Rename layer main
With the mover tool move to the left side of the canvas
Preset shape tool
Square
Line width 1
With the foreground and background colours #5F1F23
Draw out a rectangle down the side of the main section
See my tag for example
Effects>Filters Unlimited 2.0
Canvas coarse
Intensity 100
Lightness 110
Ok
Add a drop shadow
0
0

Rename layer name plate
Select ribbon stitch pink from the scrap kit
Copy and paste as new layer
Place it towards the bottom of the main layer so that the eyelets are on
both the name plate and the main layer
Layers>Duplicate
Image>flip
Layers>Duplicate
And drag the duplicate down so its in the centre of the other 2, see my
example for placement
Hide the background, main and nameplate layers
Merge visible
Rename layer stitch
Select the plain tags as new layer
Use your lasso tool to draw round the one you don’t want to use and
delete
Then move and position your tag as desired removing any of the string so
it looks like its hanging round the frame
Add the same drop shadow we used earlier
Add the broken heart made by me to the tag
Copy and paste the word art stamp made by me and position to your liking
Crop and resize your tag
Now add your name and copyright information
I added the paper filter to my name as I did on the name plate but
that’s optional
Save your tag and enjoy
