Started!
Open your supplies in psp
Open a new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill
white
Flood fill white
Paste frame 2 from the scrap kit as new layer
Resize by 70%
Move towards bottom of your canvas and rename layer frame
Using your magic wand click inside both sides of the frame
Selections>Modify>Expand by 4
Paste paper 3 as new layer
Resize by 60%
Selections>Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard
Select none
Move beneath the frame in layer palette
Make the frame the active layer
Click with your magic wand inside the left hand square
Selections>Modify>expand by 4
Paste your tube as new layer
Place the part you want showing inside the marching ants
Selections>Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard
Select none
Move below the frame layer
Make the frame the active layer and repeat the above steps for the right
hand frame
Hide the background, frame and fill layers and merge visible on the
tubes
Rename layer close up
Unhide hidden layers
Colourise layer hue 0 saturation 40
Add a drop shadow of your choice
Make the frame the active layer
Paste your tube as a new layer and sit above your frame
Resize by 80%
Add drop shadow of your choice
Take the flowers by Rainbow Coffi
Colourise to suit your tag
Paste as new layer
Resize by 50%
Use the deformation tool to position as desired
Rename layer flowers
Move below the tube layer
Layers duplicate
Image>Mirror
Add drop shadow of your choice
Make the background layer the active layer
Paste paper 1 as new layer
Resize by 70%
Masks>new>from image

Source luminance
Ok
Masks>delete
Click yes
Lower opacity to 50%
Rename layer mask
Select the jewelled ribbon from the scrap kit
Making the frame layer active on your tag paste the ribbon as new layer
Resize by 50%
And place so the blue gem is in the middle of the frame
Rename layer ribbon
Add your name and copyright information
And save your tag
