Mura's Meisters Clouds filter If you don't have this you can flood fill with a colour or gradient of your choice

Font of your choice

Tube of your choice. I used the awesome work of Michael Landefeld

Let's get started

Open your supplies in psp the aims in animation shop.

 

Open a new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white

Rename layer background

Preset shape tool
Circle
Line width 15
Foreground colour to match your tube

Background colour null
Draw out a large circle on your canvas
Objects>Align>Centre in canvas
Convert to raster layer

Effects>Plug in filters
Eye candy 5 impact
Glass
With the following settings

 

Rename layer circle
Using the magic wand click inside the circle
Selections>Modify>Expand by 12
Layers>Create new raster layer
Effects>Plug In Filters>Mura’s Meisters Clouds
With the following settings

 

Select none
Move this layer below circle and rename fill
If you wish to add some brushes to your fill layer u can but this is optional

Copy the main plastic frame from the scrap kit
Paste as new layer
Flip
Then position towards the bottom of the circle. Make sure it’s your top layer if not drag it to the top

Colours>Colourize
Hue 0
Saturation 100
Rename layer frame

Use the magic wand to click inside all areas in the left had side of the frame
Selections>Modify>Expand by 3

My tube comes with a close up image too. If yours doesn’t then use the main tube and lower opacity to 50% for the next step



Select the close up image of your tube and paste as new layer
Place as desired on you tag see mine for example
Selections>Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard

Select none

Layers>Duplicate
Image>Mirror
Now you should have the image in the right hand side of the frame too

Hide all layers except the close up tube
Merge visible
Rename layer close up
And move beneath the frame layer

With the frame as your active layer copy and paste your main tube and position as desired on your tag
Add drop shadow of your liking

Rename layer tube

Take the diva element
Paste as new layer
Resize by 50%
Place as desired, see my tag for example
When happy with placement
Layers>Duplicate
Move the copy below the frame
Make the top layer the active layer
Using the eraser brush
Size 10
Eraser part of the hanger so it looks like its hanging over the frame

Crop and resize to your liking all layers

Add your name and copyright information

If you don’t wish to animate you can save your tag now and enjoy
If you want to animate read on

Hide all layers except your background, circle, fill and close up

Copy merged into animation shop

In animation shop open the glitter 

You will see it has 19 frames
On your tag that you copied over duplicate until you have 19 frames

On the glitter select all and copy

Then on your tag select all and paste into selected frames
Move your mouse (do not click down until you are happy with placement) to move the glitter into position just above the close up image on the left
When happy click on your mouse
Repeat for the right hand side

Back into animation

Hide the layers we have already used to copy to animation shop and unhide the others
Merge visible
Copy to animation shop

Duplicate till you have 19 frames
Paste into selected frame on your tag
Once happy with placement click on the mouse

Animation>View animation
Just to make sure it works and you are happy

Save your tag as a gif file and enjoy
