This tutorial is written by me using Psp8 but
can be done in other versions
The tutorial is my design and any similarity to
any other tutorial is purely coincidental.
This tutorial is meant as a guide only.
Supplies used.
Tube of your choice. I used the amazing work of
Ismael Rac, To use his work you must have a license which you can
purchase at
MY PSP TUBES
Tag Template #15 by Mirella which you can
download from her blog
Here
Mask #84 by Chelle which you can download from
her blog
Here
Filters unlimited 2.0 plug in. (optional you
can do the tutorial without this effect)
Let's Get Started.
Open the mask in psp and minimize for now
Open the template in psp
Image>Canvas Size
Change the size to 700x600
(You can crop it later it just gives us room to work)
Make Raster 1 the active layer
Flood fill with white
Delete the credit layer
Make raster 2 the active layer
With your magic wand setting as below click on the rectangle beneath
your circle

Layers>New Raster Layer
Flood fill with the colour of your choice.
We will be using 2 main colours on the template if you want to use
the colours I am using these are
Pink-#ED5570
Blue-#6699CC
Effects>Texture effects>Weave
With the following settings

Select none
Make Copy of vector 2 the active layer
Make sure your mover tool is selected on your tool bar up the side
of Psp
Along the top of psp select the manual colour correction tool

Use the following settings (make sure you change the colours in
source and target

Repeat the above steps on the large circle layers but do not use the
weave this time.
Use the colour corrector also on all the outline layers
Make raster 4 the active layer
Select all
Float
Defloat
New raster layer
Flood fill with the colour of your choice
Make sure that the other colour you are using is now in the
foreground colour
Effects>Plug INS>Filters Unlimited 2.0
Pattern Generators
Audio wave
Change the amplitude to 219
Apply
Next paste the tube of your choice as new layer
(If you are not using a close up follow the step below)
Resize by 150%
Position so the part of the tube you want showing is inside the
marching ants
Selections>Invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Layers>Properties
Change the blend mode to soft light
Make raster 5 the active layer
With the magic wand- same settings as before
Click on the 2 light grey squares
New raster layer
Flood fill with one of the colours you are using on your template
Select none
Again make raster 5 the active layer and now do the dark grey
squares in the other colour you are using
Repeat this for the squares on the right of your tag
You can use the weave on the small squares again if you like it is
optional which ever you prefer on your tag
Make the large circle the active layer and add some text above the
rectangle... I used She’s a misfit but you can change this to suit
your tube
Make the top layer the active layer
Add your tube as new layer
Position as desired
Add the following drop shadow
V&H0
Opacity 50
Blur 12.40
Make the background layer the active layer
Raster>new raster layer
Flood fill with a colour of your choice
Layer>New Mask Layer
Find the mask in the drop down box
Apply
Layers>Delete
Layers-Merge group
Crop/resize your tag to your liking
Add your name and copyright information
Save your tag and enjoy
