written using PSP7 and Animation shop.
This tutorial is my
design and any similarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental
This tutorial is meant
as a guide only, please feel free to change any items I have used to
suit your needs.

If you wish to use his
work you must have a license which you can purchase from
My PSP Tubes
Font of your choice.
Let's get started
Open supplies in PSP
Open a new canvas 600
by 600 flood fill white
Paste frame1 from the scrap kit and paste as new layer
Resize by 50%
Colourise to suit your tag should you need to
I colourised mine
Hue 130
Saturation 50
Layers duplicate
Resize the copy of frame by 80%
Image>rotate>free rotate>20 degrees to the right
Hide the background layers
Merge visible on the frames
Rename layer frame
Resize by 80%
Unhide the background layer
With the background layer the active layer
Paste the palm tree as new layer
Resize by 50% twice
Place to the right of the frame see my tag for example
Make the frame the active layer
Click inside with your magic wand
Selections>Modify>expand by 20
Paste paper of your choice as new layer
(I used paper 1 and I didn’t resize as I liked the larger effect)
Selections>invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Rename Layer Sea
Do not deselect
Paste tube of your choice as new layer
Resize by 200%
Place so the part of the tube you want showing is inside the marching
ants of the frame
When happy press delete on your keyboard
Select none
In layer palette reduce opacity to 20%
Next make the frame the active layer
Paste the wheel as new layer
Resize by 20%
Place to the right of the frame
Add a drop shadow I used
V & H 2
Opacity 40
Blur 2
Then repeat changing V & H to -2
Paste the anchor as new layer
Resize by 20%
Place to the left of the frame
Add the same drop shadow you used on the wheel
Next paste your tube as new layer
Place as desired
Add the following drop shadow
V -10
H 0
Opacity 40
Blur 2
Make the background layer the active layer
Flood fill with colour #C9AD9F
Masks>new>from Image
In the drop down list find Becky Mask 038
Source luminance
Ok
Masks>delete
Press yes on the pop up box
Add your name to the tag
Crop and resize tag to your liking
Add your copyright information
If you don’t want to animate save tag now as a jpg.
If you want to animate your tag read on.
In PSP hide all layers except the background, mask layer, and copyright
information
Copy merged
Paste as new animation in animation shop and minimize for now
Back to PSP
Hide the 3 layers you just copied into animation shop and unhide the sea
layer
Copy
Paste into animation shop
Effects>insert image effect
With the following settings

Press customize
Then the settings below

You should now have a total of 9 sea frames
Select the 1st frame of the sea animation and delete it
Then view the animation to make sure it plays correctly
Next go to the background layers you pasted into animation shop first
Duplicate frames till you have 8 in total (if you get too many just
highlight the extra frames and delete)
On your sea animation
Select all>copy
On the backgrounds copy
Select all>paste into selected frame
It should automatically be centred in the middle of the canvas
If so click once on your mouse to release it
In PSP
Unhide all layers except the background, mask, sea and copyright
information layers
Merge visible
Copy
Paste into animation shop as new layer
Duplicate until you have 8 frames
Select all>copy
Then on the tag you have started to build paste into selected frame
Do not click on your mouse till you have positioned the layer exactly as
you want them
When happy view animation to make sure all plays correctly
Save tag as a gif file and enjoy
