This tutorial was written by me using
PSP7
The tutorial is my design and any
similarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental
This tutorial is meant as a guide
only.
Supplies Needed
Rock Devil Scrap kit by Yarrow which
you can purchase
Here
Mask by Vix supplied with permission
which you can get
Here
Tube of your choice I used the awesome
art of Scott Blair.
To use his work you need a license
which you can purchase at

Tubes
Font of your choice
Let's get started
Open supplies in PSP
Open a new canvas 600x600 flood fill
white
Paste frame2 as new layer
Click inside the frame with your magic wand
Selections>modify
Expand by 5
Paste paper of your choice as new layer
Selections>invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Selections>invert
Do not deselect
Move the paper beneath the frame layer
Paste tube of your choice as new layer
When happy with placement
Layers>duplicate
Move the copy of tube to the top layer and hide for now
On the original tube layer
Selections>invert
Press delete on keyboard
Select none
Unhide the top tube layer and make it the active layer
With your selection tool draw a square around the tube at the bottom as
shown below

Press delete on keyboard
Select none
Make the bottom of the 2 tube layers the active layer and add the
following drop shadow
V 0
H 20
Opacity 40
Blur 2
Next paste the Guitar as new layer
Resize by 70%
Image>Rotate>free rotate 70 to the right
Add a drop shadow
Paste heart 4 as new layer
Resize by 50%
Add the same drop shadow you used on your tube
Move the heart to the top layer and place it to the left of your frame
Make the paper fill layer the active layer
Paste the word art as new layer and position as desired you can use my
tag as a guide
Hide the background layer and merge visible on all other layers
Resize merged layer by 90%
Make the background layer the active layer
Paste another paper of your choice from the kit as new layer
Masks>new>from Image
Vix mask 26
Source luminance
Ok
Masks>delete
Click ok on the pop up box
Make the top layer your active layer
Add your name to the tag
Crop/resize to your liking
Add your copyright information
Save tag as a jpg and enjoy
If you want as shown on my tag below you can animate parts of the tag. I
chose not to in this tutorial but there are other animated tutorials if
you wish to do so.
