Next paste one of the grass elements and place it on the join of the green paper and the sky
Press delete on your keyboard to remove excess grass overhanging the frame
Next repeat this with the fence
You should end up with something like this

Make the top layer in your layer palette the active layer

Next paste your tube as new layer
Place it to the left of the frame like shown in my tag
When happy with placement duplicate the tube
Close of visibility on the original tube and move the copy of the tube beneath the frame layer
Press delete on your keyboard

Opacity 40
Blur 2

Hide the background layer in the layer palette and merge visible on the remaining layers
Resize the merged layer by 95%

It doesn’t matter the bottom of the flower looks odd as you won’t see that in a moment
Take 2 of the labels from the kit. I used sweet and spring
Paste as new layer and arrange at the bottom of the flower you added
