This tutorial was made using psp7 but can be done in other versions.

 This tutorial is my design any resemblance to any other tutorial is coincidental.

 I used natural scrap kit by Melissa Of Sentimental Style

Chequered Mask made for me by Yarrow thanks so much.

Tube of your choice I used the fantastic art work of Barbara Jensen you can get a license to use her work HERE

Please do not use her work without a license.

Font of your choice.

 Let’s begin J

Open the supplies in PSP

 Open a new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white

Don’t worry we will crop later

Rename layer background

 From the scrap kit select paper 2

Copy and paste as new layer

Go to masks>new>from image

On the drop down list select chequered mask

Source luminance checked

Ok

Hide your background layer (in layer palette) and merge visible on the mask layer

 Unhide background

Rename the merged layer mask

 From the scrap kit select photo border

Copy and paste as new layer rename border

With your magic wand click inside the boarder

Selections>modify>expand 7 ok

Select paper 3

Copy and paste as new layer

Selections>Invert

Hit delete on keyboard

Select none

Rename the layer fill and move under the border

 Select border again and click inside with magic wand

Selections>modify>expand by 7

Open tube of your choice

Paste as new layer and place so the areas you want are inside the marching ants, resize tube if needed (I changed my tube to grey scale this is optional)

When u have it placed to your liking

Selections>invert

Hit delete on your keyboard

Select none. Rename layer tube

Then move it between the border and fill layers

Add a drop shadow

 Select ribbon 1

Copy and paste as new layer resize as desired and using the deformation tool* move the ribbon to an angle

• this is deformation tool highlighted in green

When u have it placed as desired use the lasso tool to crop it so that the ribbon looks like it’s attached to the border

When u have the part you want to remove inside marching ants press delete on your keyboard

Take the elements of your choice-I used the bottle cap and place them on your tag resizing if needed.

Add your copyright and name onto your tag

And that’s it were finished J
