Tube of your choice. I used the
awesome art of Keith Garvey, You must have a license to use his work
which you can purchase

Mask by Becky
Here
Font of your choice.
Let's Get started
Open template in psp
Image>Canvas size
Change the size to 600x600
Make the background layer the active layer and flood fill white
Delete the copyright layer from the template
Make the large circle the active layer
Select all>float>de-float
Paste paper of your choice as new layer
Selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Make the large circle the active layer
Press delete on your keyboard
Now make the paper you added your active layer
Merge down
Repeat this for all the layers of the template using different papers of
your choice
On the small hearts layer add a drop shadow
Paste the wrap as new layer
Resize by 75%
Image>Rotate
Free rotate 20 to the left
Move the wrap so that is under the small hearts layer
Make the large circle the active layer
Using your magic wand click outside the circle onto the white canvas
Click onto your wrap layer
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Rename layer wrap
Paste your tube as new layer
Move it beneath the wrap layer
Rename layer tube
Place it as desired on your tag
When happy with placement duplicate tube layer and close off visibility
on the copy of tube
Make the smaller heart layer the active layer
Select all
Float
De float
Click and make active the tube layer
Selections invert
Press delete on your keyboard
Select none
Unhide the copy of tube and make it the active layer
Using the selection tool on rectangle draw a rectangle out over the
bottom part of the tube showing beneath the wrap and press delete
Select none
Paste bow 6 as new layer
Resize by 50%
Image flip
Move it to be the top layer and place it over the bow on the wrap
Add a drop shadow and rename layer bow
Paste one of the heart charms as new layer
Resize by 30%
Image>free rotate
10 to the left
Place over one of the small hearts
Delete the small hearts layer
Move the bow to be the top layer
Make the background layer the active layer
Paste a paper of your choice as new layer
Layers>New mask layer>from image
Find the mask in the drop down box
Ok
Layers>delete
Click yes in the pop up box
Merge group
Paste the beads as new layer
Move it above the heart charms
Add a drop shadow of your choice
Next paste one of the bows at the top of the beads… I used two different
bows but that’s optional
Add your name and copyright information
Save your tag as a jpg and enjoy
