This tutorial was written by me in psp7 but can be done in other versions

This tutorial is my own design and any similarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Fonts of your choice I used Be My Valentine and Agency FB But you can use any

Tube of your choice, I used the awesome artwork of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use his work which you can purchase Here

Let's get started

Open a new canvas 600 x 600
Flood fill white
Rename layer background

Preset shape
Circle
Line width 15
Foreground colour to match your tube
Background colour null

Draw out a large circle on you canvas
Objects>Align>centre in canvas
Convert to raster layer
Rename layer circle

With your magic wand tool click inside the circle
Selections>Modify>Expand by 3
Select a paper from the scrap kit. I used paper 4
Paste as new layer
Selections>Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard
DO NOT DESELECT
Rename layer fill and move beneath the circle layer on layer palette
Make the circle active layer again
Paste the tube of your choice as new layer
Resize by 200%
And place so part of the tube you want showing is inside the marching ants

Hit delete on your keyboard

Select none
Lower the opacity of the layer to 50%
Layer properties>luminance
Rename layer close up

Back on your preset shapes
Line width 2
Foreground colour a bright colour you can see easily (you will be deleting this after)
Background colour null

Draw out a circle slightly larger than the one you have already
Objects>Align>Centre in canvas
Image>Flip (note in some versions of psp you don’t need to flip this is just so the text will show on the outside of the circle)
Click on your text tool
Hover over the circle till you see an A with a curved line underneath it
Type out a saying or song lyrics of your choice
Make sure you put some extra spaces in-between the text as we will be adding some elements here later

When happy with your text then click on the plus next to the text in the layer palette and x out the eclipse.
Convert to raster layer
Rename layer text
If it’s not your top layer then drag it to the top in layer palette and make your active layer

Copy and paste your tube and position as desired on your tag. I like the look of a laying down tube on this tag but it’s your preference.
 

Add the following drop shadow
H & V 1
Opacity 50
Blur 5

Then repeat changing the H & V to -1
Rename layer tube


Now make your circle layer the active layer
Layers>Duplicate
Move the copy down in layer palette so it sits just above the background layer

Effects>Texture Effects>Mosaic-Glass
With the settings below

Make your top layer the active layer

Copy and paste the XOXO word art from the scrap kit
Resize by 60%
Place it as desired in the circle

Layers>properties>Luminance
Rename layer xoxo and move beneath the tube layer in the layer palette

Copy the hearts supplied by me.
And paste as new layer between the text on the outer of the circle
Duplicate and move till you are happy with the amount you have see my tag for example

Add your copyright information and name to your tag
And you are done :)
